All about Ms. Brazil
South Elementary Second Grade
05.19.13

Hi! My name is Candi Brazil. I 've been teaching second grade since South Elementary opened in 1998. Before that, I taught children with learning disabilities for the Jackson School District. My classroom theme is "ladybugs" and as you may guess, my favorite color is red. I call my male students "tough bugs" because I quickly learned that boys do not like being called anything with the word "lady" in it.  My son, Jake, graduated from Southeast Missouri State University, and I have two "girls" (black labradors named Molly and Teeny).  In my freetime, I love exercising and baking desserts. I have to exercise because I eat the desserts I bake! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. I love the opportunity to work with wonderful second graders at South Elementary!

If you would like to email me, you may send it to cbrazil@jackson.k12.mo.us. Please do not send urgent messages via email, as I do not always have the opportunity to check it during the school day. Thanks!
